Our Application Process 

So, you feel confident at every stage of your application and know what the next step is in which situation, we present you with our application process in detail here.

You’ll realize this as soon as you reach out to our HR department. It’s important to us that you’re always informed about the current status during the application phase. And if anything is still unclear: If you have any questions, feel free to contact us any time. 

We’re already looking forward to meeting you. 

Application Receipt

If you apply through the career page, you’ll immediately receive confirmation of receipt. If any information or documents are missing, we’ll contact you promptly.

Forwarding

Once we’ve reviewed your application and determined that it meets the basic requirements, we’ll forward it to the relevant department. 

Feedback

The relevant department will review your application in detail and provide us with feedback on whether you could be our short list for the vacant position and be invited for an interview, or if there are insufficient matches between your profile and the required suitability criteria. In either case, you’ll receive timely feedback on your application.

Invitation 

When inviting you to interview, we decide on a case-by-case basis, depending on the position to be filled and where you live, whether a telephone interview or an in-person meeting on-site is preferable. Usually, we arrange the appointment with you by phone. If we can’t reach you this way, we’ll simply contact you by e-mail. 

Job Interview

This is where it gets exciting: We’ll talk together and see if you are a good fit for us and vice versa. During this process, you’ll also meet colleagues from the department you’re interested in. This usually also involves discussing specific tasks that await you in this position.

What’s important to us: During the interview, feel free to also ask your questions, because we’re applying to you as much as you’re applying to us.

Feedback

Afterward, we’ll evaluate the interview with the relevant department and provide you with feedback as soon as possible. 

Second Appointment

Depending on the position you’ve applied for, we may invite you to a second interview. It’s also possible that we’ll agree with you to arrange a trial work period to see if your skills, experience, and personality are a good fit for the job and the team. 

Contract Offer

If we’re a good match, we’ll offer you an employment contract for you to review thoroughly. Ideally, we’ll quickly reach an agreement and soon welcome you on-board for your first day at Medios.
